Surprise in the Attorney General Race?

by: randymi

On the night before the California Primary, I'm hearing a lot of buzz among the posters at New West Notes that, while Jerry Brown should nominated Attorney General, Rocky Delgadillo may surprise everyone and make it a closer race than expected, perhaps because Brown has not been on the air. Any thoughts out there?

Possible, but it doesn't seem likely (0.00 / 0)
I will say this, there is almost no chance, at this point, for Rocky to beat Gov. Moonbeam.  He might do better than expectations, but Brown had 51% in the latest field poll.  I'll guess that he'll end up pulling around 60%.  Would that be closer than expected, maybe, but I'm thinking he doesn't have too much to worry about.

And if I'm him, I don't much care how close (as long as it's not a squeaker) it is.  He saved his money for the race against Poohcigian...which probably won't be that close either.

I think?
