I salute you, you did get me on that one.

Truth be told, I live on the dole simply because its much more convenient than going out and working.

That being said, I really didn't need schools growing up, because there's always some rich guy out there paying money that ends up in my bank account.

But you still got me, I did make that mistake.

... governor's cuts affect child care and preschool for low-income children and Cal Grant scholarship ..

Senate and Assembly Democrats could have prevented those particular cuts by cutting more pork from the budget

As for Cal Grants.....
It's OK for public colleges and universities
But, I DON'T want to give Cal Grants to 'private' schools
You don't know which 'private' school is legitimate or not
If they're getting hand outs from the state, are they really 'private'  ???

My daughters could not get Cal Grants because we own a house
That's OK, use Cal Grants for the neediest 'Public College and University' students
