I never expected that a verifiable connection to an official GOP person/group would be uncovered. Usually they're pretty good about keeping a plausible deniability distance on these things.

This is really shaking up the ENTIRE ORANGE COUNTY POLITICAL SCENE...

The OC GOP is doing everything it can to run away from Tan...
Even Chairman Scott Baugh has repudiated him!
(And let's remember all the shenanigans they have approved of, such as Sheriff Carona's numerous scandals, the County hiring Baugh's lobbying firm, Jeff Nielsen/Dana Rohrabacher, and much more!)

The OC GOP usually has a high tolerance for scandal, but I guess this is just too much for them...
Maybe they now know realize that their scandaliciousness is seriously hurting them.
